The project was undertaken in response to the identified needs of the applicant related to enhancing staff competencies and advancing the internationalization of the organization. Recognizing that our longstanding experience in adult education would benefit from the inclusion of international perspectives, we aimed to strengthen our institutional capacity in alignment with European standards, thereby enhancing the quality of adult education and the internationalization of our organization.
The project was implemented by the WAMA-COOP Association, which holds AKSES accreditation and operates the Social Economy Support Center in Olsztyn. The organization supports social entrepreneurship as well as individuals at risk of poverty and social exclusion. As part of the project, 27 international trips were organized for adult education staff and managers. These included two language courses, ICT training for educators, sustainable development training, and job shadowing.
