We wanted to strengthen our staff and organization by achieving two goals: - expanding and diversifying the adult education offer by professionalising educators and building the capacity of adult education providers, - gain experience in running a new educational programme on developing cognitive empathy in English.
Cotopaxi Association is developing towards the implementation of new educational programs strengthening social competences, emotional intelligence and empathy in particular. We want to improve our skills and knowledge by striving to improve educational programs for our existing and new participants. Taking into account the interest of English-speaking participants, we want to introduce courses in this language to our offer.
