The main goals of the project were to: -Developing and enhancing the students’ key vocational skills through the apprenticeship in Malmo and Opava -Strengthening both the students’, teachers’ language skills as well as developing the teachers’ vocational language competences -Rising the students’ level of motivation throughout the opportunity of a foreign voyage thus enhancing the school’s position on the market -Widening the social awareness in the students, their openness to different cultures
The project’s goal was to conduct 30 mobilities consisting of: 10 students of mechatronics (a monthly vocational apprenticeship in companies in Sweden, in cooperation with a receiving partner, EU Mobility Sverige), 10 students of mechanics (a fortnightly vocational apprenticeship including CAD projects and CAM enhanced with digital CNC machine tool in Opava), and 10 teachers (a weekly language and methodical course in Malmo). The organizer of the project was CKZiU nr2 “Mechanik” in Racibórz.
