The aim of the project was to enhance WIR’s team competencies in career counseling within a multicultural context and to establish the foundations for the Foreigners Support Center. We wanted to develop standards, diagnostic tools, and procedures for supporting immigrants, as well as implement innovative solutions in advisory services.
The WIR Foundation focuses on developing career counseling, supporting the labor market, promoting multiculturalism and employability, and strengthening vocational education. It implements educational, training, and social projects for young people, career counselors, and groups at risk of exclusion. The project aimed to enhance the skills of WIR staff in working with foreigners and to adapt counseling methods to a multicultural environment.
