Objectives

The implementation of the Erasmus+ KA131 2022 project by Kozminski University (KU) has brought numerous valuable outcomes that support the development of the university, its students, academic and administrative staff, and the broader academic community. KU has been actively participating in the Erasmus+ program for over two decades, drawing significant benefits from it. One of the university’s main priorities is to promote intercultural dialogue between students and faculty through mobility initiatives. These activities help us improve the quality of education, strengthen internationalisation, build collaborative partnerships, and at the same time emphasize the inclusiveness of the programme. Participation in the Erasmus+ program has enabled the establishment and strengthening of international partnerships, which has also contributed to enhancing the university’s reputation and recognition abroad. Students and staff took part in various mobility programs, allowing them to improve both their professional and personal competencies. Being immersed in a multicultural environment fostered the development of interpersonal skills, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and foreign language proficiency. International cooperation within the Erasmus+ framework also facilitated the exchange of innovative teaching practices, leading to an overall improvement in the quality of education at ALK. Moreover, the project’s implementation positively influenced the local community, for example through the organization of international conferences and workshops.
