The objective of the Erasmus+ programme is to support the educational, professional, and personal development of individuals through lifelong learning and training. In line with this mission, the Cracow University of Technology places strong emphasis on promoting international mobility among both students and university staff. To date, the University has established 539 active Erasmus+ agreements with European partner institutions, enabling cooperation in both teaching and research. When applying for further projects under the Erasmus+ programme, the University aims to strengthen existing partnerships while also developing new areas of collaboration, thereby enhancing its international profile. Particular attention is given to the inclusive participation of all groups within the academic community, ensuring that the benefits of the programme are widely accessible. The implemented project aligns with the objectives of the University's "Internationalisation Strategy", enhancing the engagement of the entire academic community in scientific and international cooperation. As part of outgoing mobility support, 233 beneficiaries received funding to carry out mobilities under the KA131 project, while in the 2024/2025 academic year, 334 international students came to the Cracow University of Technology to pursue studies within the programme. The implemented activities address the ‘Internationalisation Strategy of the University’ by improving the University's international profile and providing the University's students and staff with the knowledge and qualifications necessary to pursue their academic and professional goals within the international arena. The University‘s participation in the Erasmus programme, owing to the programme's recognition and efficiency in terms of the development of the University, its staff and students, has assisted in attracting foreign partners and the implementation of joint activities in the fields of research and teaching, as well as research and development.
