Objectives

Vistula School of Hospitality is committed to delivering practical, industry-focused education with a strong emphasis on internationalisation and close collaboration with the global business community. Our institutional strategy prioritises three key areas: 1. Enhancing the quality of education through curriculum internationalisation and integration of global industry trends into academic programmes. 2. Developing graduates’ global skills to ensure they are competitive in an increasingly interconnected labour market. 3. Strengthening the university’s international reputation and self-sufficiency through sustainable partnerships and strategic alliances. The Erasmus+ Programme directly supports these priorities by providing opportunities for: - Student mobilities for studies and traineeships, enabling participants to acquire both academic knowledge and hands-on professional experience abroad. - Staff mobilities for teaching and training, allowing academic and administrative personnel to expand their pedagogical methods, industry expertise, and intercultural competencies. Our approach to Erasmus+ implementation focuses on continuous and strategic collaboration with partner institutions. We select mobility opportunities that match our university’s academic profile and align with the professional needs of our students and staff. This ensures that each mobility produces clear and measurable learning outcomes, strengthens employability, and supports career development. Participation in Erasmus+ also broadens the international perspective of our staff, equipping them with new tools, insights, and networks that enrich the entire academic community. At the same time, our university’s positive reputation among international partners fosters strong interest in cooperation, making Erasmus+ a vital driver of both our institutional growth and our contribution to global academic and professional advancement.
