In implementing the KA131-2023 project, Action 1 "Educational Mobility" (mobility with program countries), the Jacob of Paradies University (AJP) consistently implemented the assumptions arising from its Mission and Development Strategy, focusing on supporting the development of students and staff in an international context. The main goal of these activities was to enable students to acquire new competencies in an intercultural environment – in terms of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and social attitudes. Particular emphasis was placed on developing language skills, fostering openness to other cultures and lifestyles, and motivating young people – especially those from smaller towns – to go beyond their everyday surroundings. Such experiences significantly contribute to broadening horizons, personal development, and increasing graduates' employability – both domestically and internationally. The project also enabled the mobility of university staff, supporting the improvement of their professional qualifications. Participation in training courses, classes, and other forms of international cooperation allowed for the expansion of professional competences, the exchange of experiences with foreign partners, and the implementation of best practices in teaching and management. Contact with a diverse academic community and active participation in international educational structures positively influenced the quality of education at the University. Collaboration with universities and institutions from countries participating in the Erasmus+ program contributed to the establishment and development of lasting partnerships, which form the foundation for the further internationalization of AJP. The exchange of knowledge and experiences, and the implementation of joint international initiatives, perfectly align with the university's long-term development strategy, aimed at strengthening its position in Europe and globally.
