The key objective of the University of Lomza’s participation in the KA131 project was to facilitate the international exchange of students and staff. Engagement in the Programme constituted a crucial element of the University’s internationalisation process, enabling student and staff mobilities and contributing to strengthening the institution’s prestige within the region. The activities implemented under the project significantly enhanced the quality of education, supported the adaptation of study programmes to the individual needs of students, and helped them acquire new competences essential for meeting the growing demands of the labour market and for improving their future career prospects. Participation in the Programme also fostered openness and tolerance towards different cultures, encouraged the establishment of international friendships, and allowed students to develop practical knowledge, independence, responsibility, and self-confidence. Through teaching and training mobilities, staff members improved their professional competences, discovered new teaching methodologies, and established international contacts, many of which have led to long-term cooperation with foreign partners.
