Through the implementation of contract no. 2023-1-PL01-KA131-HED-000119942, the War Studies University continued its mission to stimulate the employability of young people and increase their competitiveness by providing them with competencies required by the modern labor market. Through the implementation of the project, the University also aimed to stimulate civic and social activity, environmental awareness, and strengthen the sense of being part of the European family. The university also aimed to enable employees and teachers to gain experience in an international environment and increase their job satisfaction by ensuring personal development and enhancing their linguistic, technological, and organizational competencies. In implementing the Academy project, we aimed to stimulate the internationalization of students in order to meet the challenges facing higher education in the field of education and training. Another important goal was to build a network of international connections and contacts, and consequently, increase the number of concluded agreements and arrangements, which in turn contributes to an increase in student arrivals and foreign delegations. The project was intended to contribute to building our potential among foreign partners through the exchange of experiences, the internationalization of universities, and the implementation of best practices and experiences.
