The project titled “Educational Mobility of Students and Staff in Higher Education Institutions” (Action 1 of the Erasmus+ programme) was implemented by the Chopin University of Music over a period of 26 months, from June 1, 2023 to July 31, 2025. It encompassed two academic years: 2023/2024 and 2024/2025, and formed a vital part of the university’s strategic development efforts. The primary objective of the project was to foster internationalization and elevate the operational standards of the university. Participation in the programme aimed to enhance the quality and appeal of education, introduce innovative teaching methods, and expand UMFC’s academic offer by launching new specializations and study programmes. These initiatives were designed to respond to the evolving needs of the artistic and educational environment, while strengthening the university’s presence within the European Higher Education Area.Through the project, UMFC was able to intensify international cooperation, support the mobility of students and academic staff, and stimulate structural and curricular changes. The outcomes contributed not only to the modernization of teaching practices but also to the broader institutional development, reinforcing UMFC’s commitment to excellence, openness, and innovation.
