The goal of implementing the mobility project within the Erasmus Plus program was primarily to develop professional competencies and support the modernization and internationalization processes of Akademia Nauk Stosowanych Collegium Balticum in Szczecin. The project aimed to enhance the quality of university management, work organization, and international process handling, which allowed for the development of cooperation with foreign educational institutions. Participants in the project familiarized themselves with innovative solutions used at partner universities, which improved the university's administration and increased the effectiveness of academic staff activities. As part of the project, administrative staff at Akademia Nauk Stosowanych Collegium Balticum gained new skills in managing international projects as well as in the exchange of students and staff. Thanks to the foreign mobilities, participants developed intercultural and language competencies, significantly improving communication with international partners and strengthening collaboration in research projects. Thanks to the established contacts with foreign universities, the project laid a solid foundation for further cooperation, which in the future may include student exchange, organizing international conferences, and applying for additional projects funded by EU funds. As a result of these actions, Akademia Nauk Stosowanych Collegium Balticum is now better prepared for the challenges of the globalizing education sector, and cooperation with foreign partners will have a positive impact on the quality of education and the development of the university's educational offerings.
