During the implementation of the project under the Erasmus+ programme in the years 2023–2025, Koszalin University of Technology carried out the project Mobility of students and staff in higher education institutions (KA131-HED). The project assumed student mobility to study and placements and staff mobility for teaching or training purposes. It was assumed that the implementation of the project would make it possible to increase professional, social, cultural and linguistic competencies, improve skills in the use of TiK (technology and communication) tools, and strengthen contacts enabling joint teaching, research and project activities. It has also been assumed that the implementation of mobility will contribute to the personal development and to improving the quality of education and adjusting the didactic offer to current market needs, while graduates will acquire skills essential to take up work in international institutions. In addition, an important goal was to support the development of soft skills such as teamwork, flexibility and effective communication in an international environment. The project also supported international exchanges for people with fewer opportunities. The stays of foreigners were intended to raise the cultural awareness of the academic community. The implementation of the project was in line with the university's strategic goals of internationalization, building sustainable European partnerships and improving the quality of education through the exchange of good practices.
