Staff and student mobility is an integral part of the University's development strategy and internationalization policy. The impact of Erasmus+ program can be discerned both in didactic and scientific dimensions. The following goals were predicted for the Project: • to consolidate the relations with the current partner organisations, increase the number of mobilities, in particular SMT and SMS mobilities, organising study and BIP's visits for students and University staff, • to establish new relations with partner organisations by means of involvement in international projects and participation in didactic and administrative staff trainings, • to boost professional qualifications of the University staff by means of staff teaching mobilities (exchanging good practices in the scope of medical simulation and modeling interdisciplinary teamwork), • to boost language competencies of the didactic and administrative staff as well as students, • personal development of mobility participants through gaining skills in relations to self-presentation, planning, problem solving, group work, critical and creative thinking, entrepreneurship and management, • to promote the concepts of citizenship, tolerance, ecology, raising awareness towards social equality.
