The implementation of the student and staff mobility project at the University is crucial to serve as a significant impetus for its development, strengthen its brand, and build a modern curriculum. Participation in this program entails student and staff mobility, an international dimension to curricula, a positive attitude toward foreign language learning, increased flexibility in studies, the development of intercultural awareness, and the respect and understanding of diverse perspectives and ways of thinking. The project's implementation at the University translates into: - language education for students and staff in specialized vocabulary and the language of the target country; - introducing modular classes in a foreign language; - creating an international dimension to curricula (subject catalogs in English); - establishing collaborations to develop study programs for dual degrees; - bringing in foreign specialists to teach and conduct joint research; - increasing professional and linguistic competencies, expanding the educational offerings, and diversifying the cultural experiences of the University community; - implementing the principle of non-discrimination, while ensuring the necessary knowledge of the cultural conditions and social and economic realities of Poland.
