The main goal of implementing the Erasmus+ project at the Krzysztof Penderecki Academy of Music in Krakow (AMKP) was to strengthen the role of the institution as a space that connects art, education, innovation, and civic engagement. Through this project, we aimed to build long-term international partnerships, promote lifelong learning, and support active participation in democratic society. The project focused on: • developing intercultural dialogue and increasing the international visibility of AMKP, • supporting modern teaching methods and better preparing staff and students for the challenges of today’s world, • implementing the horizontal priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme, including: o inclusion and diversity – by allocating funds for participants with fewer opportunities, o environmental sustainability – by promoting green travel, o digital transformation – by integrating the Erasmus Dashboard, and using digital Learning Agreements and Inter-Institutional Agreements in our daily operations, o participation in democratic life – by encouraging active citizenship and social responsibility among our academic community. This project also enabled us to build bridges between art, education, and civil society, and to expand cooperation with institutions in diverse geographical regions, which enriched the mobility offer and international experience of our students and staff.
