The implementation of the project aimed to achieve both clearly defined direct effects and long-term indirect results, which are in line with the strategic objectives of the University of Agriculture in Krakow in the field of internationalization and improving the quality of education. The most measurable and at the same time key goal of the project was the implementation of 73.47% of the planned number of mobilities. This result was achieved by carrying out a total of 236 out of 279 awarded mobilities, covering students, doctoral candidates, as well as academic and administrative staff. The achievement of this indicator confirmed the University’s ability to effectively coordinate international activities and provided a solid foundation for further initiatives in this area. Another, equally important, goal was to improve the quality of education and increase the attractiveness of the academic offer by opening the University more widely to international cooperation. Participation in the Erasmus+ programme enabled students to broaden their intellectual and cultural horizons, as well as gain practical experience in an international environment. Thanks to this, young people had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with innovative teaching methods, modern curricula, and practices applied in foreign academic centres. Internships in foreign institutions allowed them to confront theoretical knowledge with professional practice, which significantly enhanced their competences and employability. For academic teachers and administrative staff, mobilities provided an opportunity to establish and develop lasting international cooperation. The visits enabled them not only to conduct teaching activities in new settings, but also to exchange experiences, observe good practices, and learn about different models of university management. These outcomes directly contribute to enriching the educational offer of the University of Agriculture, enhancing staff competences, and creating a solid foundation for the implementation of further scientific, didactic, and developmental projects on the international stage. In a broader perspective, the project also served to continue and strengthen fruitful inter-university cooperation with partner institutions. Such contacts allow not only for the exchange of students and staff, but also for the development of joint research initiatives, the organization of conferences, workshops, and seminars, as well as the creation of sustainable cooperation networks. In the long term, this cooperation contributes to raising the prestige of the University and strengthening its position on the European higher education map. An equally important aspect of the project was the promotion of European values and the idea of intercultural integration. Mobility participants had the opportunity not only to acquire new professional skills but also to discover other cultures, languages, and systems of values. This had a positive impact on the development of their social and intercultural competences, such as openness, tolerance, and the ability to work in a diverse environment. In summary, the implementation of the project achieved the intended quantitative and qualitative objectives. A significant share of the planned mobilities was carried out, the internationalization of the University was increased, the educational offer was broadened and enhanced, and long-term relations with international partners were strengthened. Altogether, these elements contributed to improving the competitiveness of the University of Agriculture in Krakow and to better preparing students and staff for the challenges of the modern labour market and the global academic environment.
