Objectives

The implementation of the project aimed to strengthen the internationalization process of WSB University by increasing the number and improving the quality of student and staff mobility. Enabling members of the academic community to take part in a foreign trip contributes to their development in a personal and professional context, as well as to the development of the institution in an organizational and educational context. The project involved the development of the teaching and administrative competencies of the university's staff, through teaching at partner universities and participating in training mobility. This made it possible not only to improve the quality of teaching, but also to increase openness to new approaches in education and university management. In the case of students, allowing them to complete part of their studies or internships abroad has led to the development of their inter-personal competencies and the acquisition of valued international experience in the labor market. The project also helped to increase their motivation, openness to change and self-reliance. The project also focused on the development of infrastructure to support mobility: administrative procedures were simplified, electronic tools were used (e.g., the EWP platform), information accessibility was increased, and comprehensive support was provided to participants. A key value was also the quality and satisfaction of the participants, as evidenced by the high evaluation results and increased interest in the mobilities. An important part of the project's implementation was also the organization of the Blended Intensive Program, which was based on strengthening cooperation with the University's Partners and enabled its participants to take part in interdisciplinary exchanges and work together on real social challenges, thus increasing the practical and social dimension of opportunities. In conclusion, the implementation of the project was an important strategic element in the development of the beneficiary university and contributed to the creation of a modern international educational space.
