The implementation of the project within the Erasmus+ programme is consistently one of the key pillars of our University's development strategy, which is focused on the continuous improvement of the quality of education and research and on deepening the internationalisation process. Our primary objective was to provide the entire academic community – students, teaching staff, and, as a key and new element of this project edition, administrative staff – with access to the international exchange of knowledge, experience, and good practices. With regard to students, we aimed to comprehensively strengthen their potential. The main objectives included: - Development of key competencies: both language and soft skills, such as adaptability, cooperation in an international team, creativity, proactivity, and time management. - Enhancement of professional potential: through foreign internships, students gained valuable, practical experience and became acquainted with innovative tools and technologies, which directly increases their attractiveness on the global labour market. - Personal development: participation in mobilities stimulated the overcoming of individual barriers, building self-confidence, openness to cultural diversity, and developing international contact networks. In the area of teaching staff development, the goal was to raise the quality of education and scientific research through the international exchange of experience in modern teaching methods, curriculum development, and establishing research cooperation. Improving the language and intercultural skills of the staff directly translates into a higher level of classes, a more attractive offer for foreign students, and more active participation in the international scientific community. A new, strategic objective of the project was the inclusion of administrative staff in mobility activities. This was a breakthrough step for us, aimed at improving the functioning of the entire institution. In this respect, we wanted to achieve: - Optimisation of administrative processes: by observing and implementing best practices from partner universities, especially in the areas of student services, project management, and digitalisation. - Strengthening staff competencies: both language and specialised skills, which directly affects the quality of service and administrative efficiency. - Building lasting institutional relationships: establishing direct contacts between administrative staff facilitates future cooperation and makes the university a more efficient and credible partner in the international arena. In summary, the project's implementation was aimed at the holistic strengthening of our university's ecosystem. By investing in the development of students, lecturers, and administration, we strive to build the status of a modern, open, and competitive institution. The goal was not only to supply the labour market with conscious graduates who are well-prepared for global challenges but also to create a coherent, professional work environment that attracts talent from Poland and abroad. Participation in the Erasmus+ programme is the most important tool for us to achieve these goals, raising the university's prestige and strengthening its position on the international educational map.
