The project concerned the mobility of students and university staff with the program countries. The objectives of the project were: 1) implementation of student and staff mobility; 2) expansion and deepening of institutional cooperation between WSB Merito and foreign universities; 3) increasing the internationalization rate of the university. As for the 1st objective, the realization of mobility was to develop and strengthen the social, linguistic, intercultural and professional competencies of the project participants. We also wanted to increase knowledge, especially in the case of students. The second objective was to deepen institutional cooperation with partner universities, understood as initiating joint activities beyond the Erasmus program and engaging in joint projects/activities. The third goal resulted naturally from the first two. The realization of mobility (quantitative objective) and the deepening of cooperation (qualitative objective) led to an increase in the internationalization rate. Increasing this rate was and is one of the elements of WSB Merito's strategy. It is not only about mobility, but also such activities as: joint scientific and didactic projects, faculty development in cooperation with foreign partners, global visibility or international accreditation.
