Objectives

The project was implemented between 1.06.2023, and 31.07.2025. Its main objective was to organize 53 mobilities between the WSEI Univeristy and universities as well as partners from other sectors in the European Union member states, EU candidate countries, and EFTA/EEA countries. Planned activities included: -6 student mobilities for studies (SMS), -34 student mobilities for traineeships (SMP), -7 staff mobilities for teaching purpose (STA), -6 staff mobilities for training purpose (STT). The implementation of activities was carried out in full compliance with both the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) and the Development Strategy of WSEI Univeristy for 2023–2027. Achieved results: The project exceeded the initially planned indicators, with a total of 56 mobilities completed within the following activities: -9 student mobilities for studies (SMS), -34 student mobilities for traineeships (SMP), -4 staff mobilities for teaching purpose (STA), -9 staff mobilities for training purpose (STT). Specific objectives of the project: In line with the Development Strategy of the WSEI University, establishing long-term cooperation with new universities supports the creation of a strong academic network. Continuing the current cooperation through joint activities, such as implementing joint projects, organizing scientific conferences, etc. Increasing the mobility of staff contributes to the development of new transnational projects and intensifies scientific collaboration between academic employees. One of the key objectives in the area of "internationalization" was to internationalize research activities and increase the participation of both academic staff and students in mobility programs. This particularly applies to: a) The participation of staff in training sessions, workshops, and lectures at partner universities, b) The participation of students in studies and internships carried out in other EU countries.
