For the Uniformed Universities Consortium, the main goal of participation in the 2023-1-PL01-KA131-HED-000131256 project was to increase the internationalization of universities and develop interpersonal, linguistic, cultural and social competences of students, employees and teachers. Participation in the project was also intended to make the teaching process more attractive and prevent the young generation from finishing their studies too early, while it was to provide employees and teachers of all universities in the consortium with the opportunity to acquire international experience, but also new communication, technological, linguistic and organizational skills, and as a result, increase their satisfaction with work by enabling personal and professional development. The university's aim was also to promote the use of the potential of human capital and support various learning and teaching methods acquired in foreign institutions, and to promote the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ Program in the context of acquiring competences necessary on the labor market. Through the project, the consortium also wanted to strengthen students' competitiveness when trying to find a job and enable to acquire competences.
