The aim of the project was to increase the level of internationalization of the Academy and to strengthen cooperation with foreign universities. Another objective was to develop a range of different competencies among students and staff through their participation in mobilities in the academic years 2023/2024 and 2024/2025. In addition, we intended to improve the quality of education and research at the Academy by providing participants with the opportunity to gain new experiences and exchange good practices in a diverse and intercultural academic environment. Engaging students in the project aimed to develop their language and intercultural competences, along with soft skills, ultimately enhancing their competitiveness on the job market, both in Poland and abroad. Staff mobilities at the Academy were intended to facilitate the exchange of good practices, enhance professional qualifications, and foster the development of international networks.
