The main objective of the project was to support the internationalisation process at the Medical University of Lublin by strengthening cooperation with foreign institutions, implementing student, graduate and staff mobility, improving the quality of substantive and organisational activities related to international exchange, and encouraging members of the academic community to adopt an open attitude and experience linguistic, cultural and educational diversity. A total of 128 mobilities were carried out, including student and doctoral student mobilities (mainly in the fields of medicine and dentistry), as well as university staff mobilities (mainly teaching staff). Of the mobilities, 13 were SMS, 65 were SMT, 11 were STA, and 39 were STT. The following 17 countries were included in the project mobilities: Portugal, Italy, Spain, Slovenia, the United Arab Emirates, Germany, Croatia, Turkey, Belgium, Lithuania, Austria, Malta, Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Norway and France. The successful implementation of the project enabled the establishment of new partnerships, the strengthening of cooperation with current partners, and the consolidation of the university's position on the international stage. The mobility of participants brought institutional and individual benefits, developing diversity and enabling the experience of multiculturalism. Participants developed soft skills, strengthened their independence, ability to adapt and act in new situations, and learned to cooperate with people from different cultural backgrounds.
