We aimed to enable as many participants as possible to travel to various EU countries and around the world, to maintain existing fruitful partnerships and establish new ones, thereby expanding the scope of the university's international cooperation. We wanted to provide lively contact with European culture and art to as many people as possible, both students and staff, Polish students going abroad and foreign students whom we hosted at our Academy. We also established cooperation with partners to create and implement the Blended Intensive Program. We intended for it to be a valuable, modern program that takes into account the challenges facing young artists in the contemporary world, such as the ecological crisis, the migration policy crisis, the crisis of democracy, and ways to use theatrical tools in the context of introducing social change. We wanted as many mobility projects as possible to be carried out using environmentally friendly means of transport. The aim of the project was to develop staff and employees, applying the experience gained by lecturers during mobility to the development of the program for our students. as well as students, both in terms of substantive knowledge and in the context of gaining new professional experience and teamwork skills in an international environment. We aimed for the project to have a real impact on the importance of students in the labor market at home and abroad. Another obvious assumption was the full recognition of students' achievements during their studies abroad and the recognition of the internship as fulfilling the compulsory student internship requirement (for those fields of study where it is mandatory). We also planned further work by the office related to the implementation of the Erasmus Without Paper policy and continued work on signing bilateral agreements and Online Learning Agreements using the online system. In accordance with the Erasmus policy declaration, the Academy's authorities recognize the process of internationalization, of which the Erasmus Plus program is an important part, as one of their priorities, which is why we had the full support of the university in implementing our activities.
