Thanks to the implementation of the project, the University once again recorded a significant increase in reported job satisfaction and overall employee satisfaction. A particularly important result is the increase in employee awareness of topics related to service and cooperation with people with fewer opportunities, which results in a higher standard of customer service at the University. The arrival of our partners' teaching and administrative staff allowed us to organise a number of open meetings, which proved to be an excellent medium for promoting the Erasmus+ programme and European values. These meetings have directly contributed to increasing interest in mobility opportunities among our students and staff. Thanks to the implementation of the project and its effective promotion, the University recorded the first student mobilities, which significantly affected their satisfaction and self-development. The implementation of employee mobility allowed us to gain new contacts, start new partnerships and successfully continue work on the implementation of projects and consulting on the launch of new Cooperation Partnerships. Thanks to the mobility, our employees have also gained knowledge about the use of new technologies in both teaching and administration. The use of our partners' experience in this area translates into the improvement of the education process of our University.
