The implementation of the Erasmus+ KA131 2023 mobility project is an important element in maintaining the internationalization process at the Academy of Physical Education in Katowice (PL KATOWIC05) at the highest possible level, continuing to provide a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the entire university, particularly transnational cooperation. The project was focused on goals such as: continued collaboration with and development of partner universities, as well as collaboration with managing institutions to raise the level of internationalization of both our university and partner universities; establishing new partnerships with universities/institutions, thus expanding our activities; refining procedures for continuously improving the quality of academic exchange; promoting the Erasmus+ concept, which strengthens the sense of belonging to the European community and broadens the horizons of beneficiaries; and working with people who have already benefited from the Erasmus+ program. By expanding the scope of the existing international mobility program at our university, we are also contributing to the involvement of the entire academic community in the project, from students, through administrative staff and academic teachers, to the university authorities.
