The main objective of Bialystok University of Technology’s participation in the project was to give the institution a more European character, improve the quality of education, and develop the professional, linguistic, and interpersonal competences of its staff and students. These goals, along with the modernization and internationalization of the institution, were achieved through collaboration with foreign partners and the exchange of proven solutions. Student and staff mobility, implemented under the Erasmus+ Programme, was one of the key elements of the university’s internationalization strategy. By intensifying such activities and supporting the integration of the academic community from different countries coming to Bialystok University of Technology, we contributed to the creation of a European Education Area. One of the key assumptions of the university's strategy was to foster openness to cultural diversity and promote collaboration in a multicultural academic environment. These efforts not only strengthened international cooperation but also positively influenced the university's attractiveness in the eyes of foreign students and partners. The project also aimed to maintain the achievements resulting from years of cooperation within the Programme and to ensure their sustainability. Thanks to the long-standing engagement of the academic community in the Erasmus+ Programme, Bialystok University of Technology has gained valuable experience in managing international mobility and building long-term relationships with foreign universities, which has enabled the continuation and further development of these achievements. A priority for the university was the enhancement of competencies in technology and digital communication, which gained entirely new significance during the pandemic. The development of digital skills, including e-learning, remote communication, and the use of digital tools, became one of the priorities in adapting to the new academic reality. Adapting to the rapidly changing situation and simplifying procedures and regulations became a goal that can be considered a tangible outcome. A flexible approach to managing mobility in this fast-changing reality proved to be crucial for the effective implementation of the project, enabling smooth and safe execution of mobilities.
