One of the key objectives of the implemented Project was to support internationalisation processes that contribute to shaping a coherent European and global educational, scientific, and cultural space. The Project aimed to equip students, doctoral students, and staff of the Jagiellonian University with the competencies and knowledge necessary to pursue academic and professional ambitions within an international academic environment. An important aspect of the initiative was the development of lasting cooperation with universities and scientific institutions across Europe, enabling the creation of strong and effective international partnerships. Through these connections, students and doctoral students were able to complete parts of their study programmes or undertake professional internships abroad, while academic and administrative staff of the Jagiellonian University could participate in teaching and training mobilities, exchange experiences, and implement new solutions in their educational and research work. The Project’s offer was addressed to the entire academic community of the Jagiellonian University and allowed participants to develop a wide range of competencies – both substantive and practical. Participation in mobilities enabled individuals to expand their knowledge, improve language skills, and develop intercultural competencies that foster openness, tolerance, and sensitivity to cultural, national, and religious diversity. International travel provided opportunities to explore new teaching and research methods, engage in international scientific projects, and gain experience valued in the labour market. The implementation of the Project continuously contributes to increasing the international visibility of the Jagiellonian University, strengthening its position within the global network of partner institutions. The Project supported not only the academic development of its participants but also their personal growth, shaping attitudes of proactivity, independence, and openness to challenges in an international environment. As a result, mobility participants are better prepared to work in culturally diverse teams, undertake research initiatives, and build lasting academic and educational relationships on an international scale.
