Objectives

Before summarizing our goals, we would like to give a brief description of the activities we carry out. We carried out four activities in total. -Pre-visit (Youthexchange) -Pre-visit (Professional development activities - Member States and associated countries) -Youth Change: The Search for Green Leaders – “Empowering young people and involving them in Taking Responsibility” -Professional development activities : CREATING NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES In our Youth Exchange project, we focused on basic issues such as sustainability, nature and responsibility. We set main objectives for the Professional development activities project around teamwork, networking, collective work and collaboration. Our organization has been actively involved in Erasmus+ programs for a long time. We took the priorities of Erasmus+ programs into account when determining our goals. We also analyzed the needs of the individuals within our organization. In addition to these, we are carrying out the project with a partner and we are aware of this. We analyzed the goals and needs of our partners very well when deciding on the project topic and goals in the previsit meetings. During the previsit process, we made corporate presentations with our partners. And we took decisions jointly when determining the project subject targets. When choosing our topics, we aimed to set goals that would benefit both the institution and individuals. Especially in the Professional development activities - Member States and associated countries program, we aimed to improve the connections and relationships of both the institution and individuals under the theme of networking. We have successfully implemented an efficient program with this strategy. Of course, in the Youth Exchange project, we focused more on the development of individuals and young people. Our organization has defined its missions and officially stated them in its club status. Based on these regulations and in line with the priorities of the Erasmus+ programmes, we targeted the following topics: -Youth exchange: 1. Raising awareness about sustainability: Ensuring that young people are informed about environmental problems and sustainable solutions. 2. Developing leadership skills: Helping young people develop leadership and teamwork skills. 3. Problem solving and decision making skills: Helping young people develop problem-solving and decision-making skills. 4. Transition to sustainable lifestyles: Encouraging young people to adopt sustainable lifestyles. 5. Global citizenship: Helping young people develop a sense of global citizenship. 6. Energy efficiency and renewable energy information: Providing information to young people about energy efficiency and renewable energy. 7. Waste management and recycling information: Educating young people about waste management and recycling. 8. Water conservation and management knowledge: Informing young people about water saving and management. 10. Increasing cultural awareness: Learning about different cultures and promoting intercultural understanding 12. Raising individuals who are at peace with nature -Professional development activities: 1. Developing networking skills: Individuals establish more relationships and become more active in social life 2. Developing collaboration skills: Our participants are more collective at school, at work, and in daily life. 3. Increasing organizational capacity: Increasing the potential of our institution and increasing its connections 4. Effective communication skills: Many important goals include participants being able to persuade people and organizations, using facial and facial expressions more effectively, and expressing themselves better. 6. Decision making skills: For this purpose, we aimed to have a positive impact on the decisions the participants will make in their own lives. 7. Project management skills: There are many youth workers in our organization and people who run or assist with projects. Therefore, their project execution skills were a common goal for both the organization and the employees. 8.
