By implementing the European project, we care about the development of our youth in terms of linguistic, cultural, social and economic diversity. Hence, we plan to develop cooperation with partners from various countries of Western and Eastern Europe. International cooperation of several entities allows undertaking projects that would otherwise be impossible to implement in their entirety or to a greater extent. The idea of partnership assumes that all partners are responsible for the actions taken, and their involvement in the implementation of the project changes and enriches the current formula and the way they operate. The socio-economic diagnosis shows that problems are hidden within the voivodeship, which may have a fundamental impact on the future situation of the youth. This applies in particular to the level of education, expenditure on research and development, or innovation, i.e. areas on which competitiveness at the threshold of the 21st century depends above all. Although concepts such as diligence, self-organization, or frugality are still deeply rooted in the consciousness of the Pomeranians, they do not always translate into reality. Other factors are becoming increasingly important, such as intellectual potential, innovation, social activity, or the quality of the internal organization of the region. In this situation, the efficiency of their use and maximization of the synergy effect have become more important than expenditures. A special role in this respect falls to the public sphere, including labor market institutions, such as the OHP. Globalization and European integration create a new perspective for all areas of socio-economic reality. The project's goals were to co-create new values based on cooperation, - to shape European awareness, - to instill social challenges among young people, - to eliminate barriers to communication between youth communities, especially historical, cultural and linguistic barriers. Another goal in the implementation of the project was to develop language competences. This is an important element of educating young people in accordance with the requirements of contemporary social life and the labor market. This goal will enable a freer exchange of thoughts and experiences, learning about social problems in different countries and creating solutions and ways of dealing with them, will have a positive impact on European integration. In addition, the project placed great emphasis on care and concern for the environment - primarily the protection of natural non-renewable resources, minimizing the negative impact on the environment. Participants took part in ecological workshops "Environmental Management", thanks to which they learned how to give objects a second life, that the phrase "it's worthless, time to throw it away" is replaced by "what else can I use it for?".
