The aim of the youth mobilities was to support the development of participants' competences, broaden their horizons, increase openness to diversity, and strengthen their sense of self-worth and agency. The project emphasized learning together – through experience, play, dialogue, and cooperation – rather than through traditional teaching methods. The young participants developed their social competences, learned to cooperate in an international environment, built relationships, and strengthened their sense of empowerment. An important element was also reflection on what and how they were learning, which supported the process of building self-awareness and planning for the future – both on a personal level and in terms of active participation in social life and European projects. The activities were inclusive and supportive – each participant could contribute something of their own while feeling safe in a diverse group. The youth workers’ mobilities were an opportunity to meet long-term partners face-to-face and to establish new connections. Participants shared examples of completed projects, discussed key quality standards, planned future cooperation, and jointly enhanced their competences in non-formal education. Activities A1 and A3 aimed to build a strong foundation for future collaboration and to establish partnerships based on shared values such as equality, solidarity, and accessibility. Activity A1 brought together 29 participants from 14 countries, representing 20 organizations active in the field of youth exchanges under the Erasmus+ Programme. They represented youth organizations committed to organizing at least one international youth exchange within the next two years and were interested in improving the quality of their youth work. The aim of the meeting was to raise the quality and number of youth exchanges, increase the number of partnerships between organizations, develop the competences of youth leaders and workers, and analyze how Erasmus+ quality standards are being implemented by participating organizations in the field of youth. These goals were set in response to a noticeable decline in the quality of youth exchanges in recent years – such as unprepared groups, lack of effective communication between partners, or failure to fulfill obligations. A common need expressed by the participants was the willingness to learn from one another, exchange good practices, and improve the quality of future projects. As part of mobility A2, young people from Spain, Poland, Sweden, and Ukraine prepared and conducted their own thematic workshops on mental health, relaxation techniques, and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle. The main goal of this exchange was to promote care for both mental and physical health among young people from different countries. The result of the project was an increased awareness among participants of the importance of mental health and healthy living through the development of their practical skills in relaxation, self-awareness, stress management, and building relationships and cooperation in a group. The activity also promoted youth autonomy, intercultural integration, and contact with nature as an element supporting mental health, as well as increased motivation to take action for well-being in their local communities. During mobility A4, young people from Poland, the Czech Republic, Sweden, and Ukraine explored the topic of health and actively promoted healthy living. Each national group led its own workshops on different aspects of health. The aim of the activity was to create a space where young people from different countries could jointly explore what a healthy lifestyle means – not only in physical terms, but also mental and social. Through movement, creativity, reflection, group work, and intercultural exchange, participants had the opportunity to examine their daily habits, discover other perspectives, and reflect on how to consciously take care of their own health and well-being. Activity A3 brought together 16 participants from 9 organizations across 8 countries. The goal of this activity was to jointly prepare two upcoming youth exchanges organized by our organization, enhance their quality (particularly in terms of inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities), and develop the competences of youth leaders and workers in organizing high-quality exchange programmes. This activity was a continuation of Activity A1 – from the broader topic of youth project quality discussed in A1, we focused specifically on inclusion and working with young people with fewer opportunities. Participants not only gained new knowledge but also developed practical skills related to designing more accessible and inclusive youth activities.
