As part of the accredited project, 2 youth exchanges were carried out, entitled "Reduce to reuse" and "Play-Create-Integrate", and 1 study visit entitled "Together for youth". The main objective of the "Reduce to reuse" project was to increase the ecological awareness of the young generation, learning how to reduce and reuse products, giving them a second life. Increasing awareness of excessive consumption and ways to prevent it was a key objective of the project. The focus was on deepening knowledge about the "zero waste" idea, striving to minimize waste generation and save resources. Participants were to jointly develop real possibilities of helping to save the planet and propose solutions to minimize waste production. This knowledge was then used in practice during upcycling and zero waste workshops. On the last day of the project, participants shared their acquired knowledge with the local community, organizing upcycling workshops and an exhibition of eco-works. These activities were aimed at promoting ecological attitudes and behaviors. The second youth exchange, entitled "Play-Create-Integrate", aimed to show alternative forms of spending free time with peers in an active and creative way. The focus was on traditional backyard games from partner countries, which were popular in the times before the era of smartphones and the Internet. The implementation of the project aimed to promote physical activity, social integration, developing social and emotional skills, and also stimulating creativity. The aim of the project was also to deepen knowledge about games, their types and impact on people. The participants used the knowledge they gained to create a new game "Fast and Furious", which they shared on social media and presented to the local community on the last day of the exchange. During both youth exchanges, participants familiarized themselves with the culture and language of the partner countries, broke stereotypes and language and cultural barriers. The activities planned in the project aimed to stimulate imagination and creative thinking, as well as international integration. Thanks to participation in the projects, the participants gained new knowledge, skills and competences that they will be able to use in the future. Study visit entitled "Together for youth" with the participation of OHP staff aimed to learn about the functioning of various organizations and to establish new contacts, share knowledge and experience in working with young people. The study visit was to provide fresh perspectives, new ideas and inspiration that could be used during work or in new projects, as well as to help implement innovative solutions. By implementing projects as part of the accreditation, we wanted to achieve the goals of the European Development Plan, resulting from the diagnosed needs of our institution, the charges and OHP staff, which assumed, among others, active inclusion of OHP youth and OHP staff in international activities and development of international cooperation. We wanted to give OHP youth and staff and other young people from partner organizations a chance to gain their first social experiences in an international environment. We knew that direct contact with a person from abroad would be conducive to: eliminating cultural and language barriers, overcoming stereotypes and creating conscious, civic attitudes. It would also contribute to greater motivation to improve English and learn foreign languages, to learn and work on oneself and the desire for further personal development. We wanted the youth and OHP staff to have the opportunity to get to know other countries and cultures, while promoting knowledge about their own country, becoming more tolerant, open to others and diversity. Through the implementation of projects, we wanted the youth to feel empowered, engaged and prepared to take responsibility for their lives. By cooperating in this way with young people with fewer opportunities, we wanted to strengthen their position, building self-confidence, enabling them to use their own potential and developing critical thinking and creativity. We also wanted to develop European cooperation with new organizations with similar goals to our institution, in order to strengthen and make international projects more attractive.
