Our Accreditation project has three aims: - Aim 1: Train 100 youth workers over 5 years on the topic of 4C competences (communication, creativity, critical thinking and collaboration) and equip them with the tools to develop these skills among young people - Aim 2: To increase the competence of conducting youth workshops among at least 140 youth workers within 5 years on the topic of non-formal education methods and learning skills - Objective 3: To familiarize at least 180 youth workers within 5 years with the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) method and how to use this method in youth work In the first year of our Accreditation (2023), we organized three training courses for youth workers that correspond with the above-mentioned aims. Each of the trainings relates to a different aim. Activity A1 “Facilitator's Journey” fulfilled Aim 1. 21 youth workers participated in the training, so that in the first year of our accreditation, Aim 1, was fulfilled by 21%. Activity A2 “Creativity Unleashed 2.0” realized Aim 2. 21 youth workers participated in the training, so that in the first year of our accreditation Aim 2, was fulfilled by 15%. Activity A3 “communiCARE 2.0” realized Aim 3. 17 youth workers participated in the training, so that in the first year of our accreditation Aim 3, was fulfilled by 9.44%.
