The main goals of the project were aimed at increasing the ability to navigate in the digital reality, increasing young people's awareness of active participation in democratic life, promoting pro-ecological attitudes and actively developing key competences. By implementing the exchange project, the youth wanted to increase their skills in navigating the digital reality by gaining access to broadly understood digital education, skillful use of social networking sites in the context of fighting disinformation and the ability to verify the information obtained. Young people wanted to learn about the possibilities of conscious and active participation in democratic life by increasing their knowledge of important social issues and cultural diversity, paying particular attention to the need to take care of good neighborly relations in the context of local and international cooperation. The exchange was also intended to contribute to understanding responsibility for the natural environment, understanding the impact of technological development and general human activity on the natural world, and drawing attention to everyday life choices that affect the environment. The specific goal was aimed at the learning process as a whole, combining it with the need to constantly increase awareness of planning one's own career path. Young people wanted to acquire skills in digital navigation of the labor market, the ability to create a virtual CV, describe their competences, and use available tools. The participants wanted to meet the challenges regarding the competences of the future, the awareness of these competences, and the challenge of finding one's place in the digital/virtual labor market. Activities under the project were intended to contribute to sensitizing young people to what is important in the education process, the ability to plan their own career path, paying attention to key competencies and how to acquire these competencies. The project was intended to contribute to equipping young people with skills enabling them to face the constantly changing living conditions in the 21st century.
