The goals of this project can be divided into two main types. Firstly, we wanted to achieve the assumed elements of organizational development. Secondly, we wanted to achieve substantive goals, mainly related to youth employability, social inclusion and promotion of active participation in democratic processes. In relation to the first criterion, we wanted to confirm our presence in the region, maintain local cooperation and recognition both in Krakow and Podhale, as well as Tarnów and the surrounding area. We also wanted to develop cooperation with the best partner organizations from Europe. It was also important for our staff to have further opportunities to conduct projects, implement new solutions, exchange experiences, ideas, etc. We managed to achieve all these goals through the implementation of this project. In terms of substantive aspects, our goal was to reach the widest possible group of young people with the non-formal education program and its results, promoting youth entrepreneurship and employability, inclusion, strengthening and increasing involvement of youth in social life and democratic processes. An additional goal was to increase the competences of the staff of 20 youth workers, both from Poland and partner countries. Thanks to the implementation of all the activities planned in the project, all these goals were fully achieved.
