The implementation of activities planned under the Erasmus+ Accreditation primarily aimed to realize the development strategy of the FILMFORUM Association in the field of youth. The Erasmus+ Accreditation was designed to facilitate the development of international activities of the FILMFORUM Association across three program areas dedicated to different target groups: The development plan for the "FILMFORUM EVENTS" sector is based on the necessity of continuously building new program partnerships that will enhance the quality of cultural events organized by the Association. The "FILMFORUM EDU" program sector focuses on youth exchanges, using film as a tool for non-formal education, shaping not only cultural competencies but also attitudes aligned with European values. "FILMFORUM INDUSTRY" is a sector dedicated to educating young individuals interested in the audiovisual industry. Its goal is to enable youth (young creators, producers, screenwriters—graduates of art schools) to establish international connections with like-minded individuals, thereby contributing to their professional development. This is crucial for building opportunities for young filmmakers to achieve international success: it allows them to gain knowledge, experiences, and contacts that will facilitate international collaboration, provide access to foreign funding, and ease their entry into the international market. The key objectives set out in the application for Erasmus+ Accreditation have been achieved. Additionally, in the implementation phase of the Accreditation for the 2023-2024 year, the following short-term goals were established based on the current needs of organizational partners and the youth under their wings: - Preparing the organizational structure for legal changes related to the recently enacted Minor Protection Act in Poland; - Acquiring new partners for collaboration from France due to the cessation of activities by the partner organization KINOGRAPHE; - Acquiring new partners for collaboration from European countries with which the Association has not previously worked; - Seeking the best platforms for direct communication with participants in the activities; - Making arrangements regarding the development of projects also conducted outside Poland.
