During the second year of the granted accreditation, the following activities were created: A1 Mobility of learners - "No more fight for human rights A2 Mobility of staff - "How to be a group leader A3 Mobility of staff - European Union Values for a bright tomorrow" - A4 Mobility of learners - "EUROPE BEYOND BORDERS A Journey through EU Values" The above activities were implemented based on the previously developed following objectives specified in the accreditation: Objective 1 Increasing key and professional competences of youth workers and equipping them with new tools and methods of non-formal and informal education, thus improving the quality of work with youth at the local, regional, national, European and international levels by supporting the educational and professional development of youth workers associated with the Foundation. Objective 2 Development of international cooperation, expanding the network of contacts and exchanging good practices in the functioning of non-governmental organizations by implementing projects with new organizations working for the youth. Objective 3 Strengthening the key competences of young people belonging to our target group and increasing their opportunities for personal and professional development. Objective 4 Strengthening the position of young people and activating them to participate in democratic life by including them in planning and implementing activities, including them in decision-making processes related to the implementation of projects. Objective 5 Promoting sustainable development and environmental protection by implementing at least 3 projects in this area and including in all projects activities contributing to reducing the negative impact on the environment. The implementation of activities within the second year of Erasmus accreditation was aimed at implementing and achieving the key objectives specified in the accreditation plan. Thanks to youth mobility projects and staff training, it was possible to achieve the following assumptions: Objective 1: Increasing the key and professional competences of people working with youth Thanks to projects A2 "How to be a group leader" and A3 "European Union Values for a bright tomorrow", people working with youth were equipped with new tools and methods of work in the field of non-formal education. These training courses were aimed not only at the professional development of participants, but also at improving the quality of work with young people at local, national and international levels, which improved standards in the Foundation and more broadly in the youth work environment. Goal 2: Development of international cooperation and exchange of good practices Projects such as A1 "No more fight for human rights" and A4 "EUROPE BEYOND BORDERS A Journey through EU Values" enabled the establishment of contacts with new partners, which expanded the Foundation's network of cooperation in the international arena. The exchange of good practices with youth organizations contributed to strengthening cooperation between organizations from different countries, which directly translated into the effectiveness of the implemented projects. Goal 3: Strengthening key competences of young people Youth mobilities, such as A1 "No more fight for human rights" and A4 "EUROPE BEYOND BORDERS", contributed to strengthening the key competences of young participants, including civic, social and cultural competences. Particular emphasis was placed on young people with fewer opportunities, whose participation in these projects increased their opportunities for personal and professional development. Goal 4: Youth empowerment and engagement in democratic life Youth exchange projects, especially A1 and A4, aimed to activate young people to participate in social and democratic life. By involving young people in planning and implementing project activities and including them in decision-making processes, the project contributed to strengthening their sense of agency and civic responsibility. Goal 5: Promoting sustainable development and environmental protection Each of the projects included activities promoting sustainable development and environmental protection. Although they were not the main theme of the exchanges, the inclusion of pro-ecological elements in mobility activities, e.g. by reducing the carbon footprint and promoting environmentally responsible attitudes, was an integral element of each of the implemented projects. In summary, the activities implemented in the second year of accreditation not only contributed to strengthening the competences of young people and youth workers, but also increased international cooperation, promoted European Union values and human rights, and supported environmental protection and sustainable development.
