We established goals aligned with the objectives of our Accreditation and Erasmus Plan. The primary aim of the project was to support intercultural integration among young people by deepening their knowledge of the culture, art, traditions, and history of other European countries. We sought to break down stereotypes rooted in participants' cultures and to help them recognize the similarities that unite EU countries, facilitating the building of a shared European understanding and cooperation. Another goal was to highlight shared directions for development and methods of integration among the countries involved in the project. This approach allowed young people to better understand the challenges and benefits of international cooperation. We also aimed to create a space where young people could develop organizational and professional skills. Through their participation in the project, they had the opportunity to experience independent management and task coordination, supporting their personal growth at every stage. A key objective was also to establish a network of partnerships between organizations from different countries, based on the active engagement of youth involved in the project. This provided young participants with the opportunity to build valuable international relationships and to promote the Erasmus+ program and its opportunities to a broader audience. An additional objective was the creation of educational materials that foster understanding of cultural diversity and intercultural dialogue. The board game developed within the project aimed to introduce interesting facts about the countries participating in the exchange. The recording of video reports from the cultural exhibition and project activities, as well as films showcasing tolerance and cooperation among different cultures, served not only to document the project activities but also to raise awareness of the benefits of intercultural dialogue. The project aimed to promote intercultural integration, personal and professional development of young people, breaking stereotypes, and building a network of partnerships and European understanding. The educational materials created, such as films and the board game, support the dissemination of knowledge about European values and enhance awareness of the benefits that come from international cooperation.
