We live in a world that tells us that we can live as we want, without obligations. We can live in the moment, without consequences and responsibility for our choices. If we think about it, many things that we believe give us freedom actually limit us and take away our true freedom. We transferred the subject of understanding freedom to our Foundation as part of a cyclical meeting of leaders. We came up with the idea of preparing workshops on this topic and creating educational materials for such workshops. We considered preparing such a "project" on an international level, preferably during a youth exchange, to be the ideal solution. We wanted to create materials that would inspire conversations about the concept of freedom for young people, teachers and leaders working with young people. The project became an impulse to reflect on the concept of freedom, on various levels, with particular emphasis on psychology, communication and interpersonal relations. Through the implementation of the project and the developed results, we started a discussion in our school and local communities about the perception and understanding of freedom. "TWO COLOURS OF FREEDOM" means that we showed the concept of freedom in two colours - in two aspects - the real one and the illusory one that the world shows us. We prepared a thematic performance, which was preceded by an exhibition of our works. We presented the performance during a regional event - Brzozów Days. The exhibition of works, together with the lesson plan, went to local schools. It is still used by schools, made available in the corridor, library, etc. in each for 1 month. All these collected results are an interesting inspiration for work on the concept of freedom in our schools, organisations, communities. We believe that we achieved our goals with great success. The results are of interest. Their use brings positive effects among recipients.
