We are a group of young people who are interested in issues of digitalization, society in the era of technological development, and artificial intelligence in the labor market. When, together with our partners, we exchanged proposals for topics that we want to implement together in the future, regarding topics related to professional development, reflections emerged, including: - what does the labor market look like in the era of a pandemic, after major changes in work and schools - from stationary on-line; - how involved we are in using the Internet on many levels and how it affects our development. The idea for the project was born after the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, which radically changed the way society functions. Remote teaching, online work and many more modern solutions were introduced, which in many cases improved the functioning and flow of information, but also caused a lot of damage to interpersonal relationships. Young people have become addicted to the Internet to an even greater extent than before the pandemic. Through the implementation of our project, we made the young generation aware of what digitalization is, what its impact on society is, and we presented its advantages and disadvantages. We showed how we can use digitalization in personal and professional development and become more aware of the role of digitalization. The project also introduced us to the labor market and helped us learn about our strengths, which we will be able to use in our future work, mainly as the so-called "Generation Z". We also showed the concept of digitalization through the prism of COVID-19, and at the international level we examined how individual governments of our countries dealt with the pandemic and what solutions helped or did not help in the proper and effective use of digitalization tools in life and at work, and how it affected us. We looked for answers to these questions during joint international sessions and joint work in the Erasmus + program. Internationally, we have managed to find some solutions and tools on the development of the digital society and the positive and negative effects of this process.
