The goal of the project was to enhance the entrepreneurial, creative, and self-development skills of young people, as well as to facilitate the exchange of experiences among three European countries. Our shared objective was to improve the level of skills and knowledge necessary to enter the job market and to make informed choices regarding educational and career paths. During the exchange, we got to know ourselves better, identifying our strengths and weaknesses, as well as our aptitudes. Based on this self-assessment, we developed Individual Career Plans. Additionally, we expanded our knowledge and skills in areas such as personal branding, creating alternative career paths, and preparing recruitment documents. Through these joint activities, we increased our employment prospects and enhanced our ability to make sound life decisions. By implementing this project, we aimed to better prepare ourselves for entering the job market and to gain a deeper understanding of its current conditions, relying on up-to-date and reliable sources of information.
