The state of the environment directly affects the quality of our lives. “Be eco” is a slogan we encounter almost every day. Ecology is in vogue, which is understandable, but as with any fashion, however, interest in ecology is often limited to the repetition of catchy slogans. However, not everyone thinks about what an ecological lifestyle really is and how to implement it on a daily basis. That's why a project group has been formed that has ideas for comprehensive activities and exchange of experience between four countries. The need to live in a world that allows us to feel well-being prompted us to act, we need to do something now because in a few years it may be too late. The idea of engaging in youth exchanges gives us a sense of agency and the opportunity to realize our ideas in an attractive and motivating way. The project also involved strengthening attitudes that foster dialogue, understanding and building understanding across cultural and national divides. Participants had the opportunity to develop their competence in cooperation in international teams, communication skills, creativity and tolerance towards diversity. In summary, the project was multidimensional in nature, combining educational, social and cultural goals. It was also an excellent platform for promoting the ideas of environmental protection, well-being and building a community based on universal values.
