Our project is a response to a universal problem - a gap in the music education system. We identified the need to develop creative skills, focus on teamwork and a general change in priorities in teaching, with particular emphasis on reducing theory in favor of practice. Due to our interests, the project was based on music, and its goal was to support the educational process of young people by creating new development opportunities. The experiences gathered during the activities and the skills developed have become a complement to the current education model. We are convinced that, as a result, they will increase the chances of project participants on the labor market in the future. The second equally important goal for us was to publicize the problem of the progressive separation of the assumptions of the music education system from the real needs of students. In this aspect, we decided, among other things, to make extensive use of social media, where the current generation of young people interacts on a daily basis. Moreover, as intended, our project perfectly fit into youth goal #8 - Quality Learning (Erasmus+ Youth Goals). The planned exchange, as well as new forms of education offered as part of the project, the use of non-formal education and attention to interpersonal, intercultural and personal skills turned out to be a great success. As we planned, the participants became aware and sensitive to other people EU citizens who are able to use their strengths in their actions, while ensuring gender balance and ecologically responsible behavior.
