Through our "Picture of Human Rights" project, we aimed to achieve several key goals. Most importantly, we wanted to help young people understand human rights better. With our project, we didn't just want to teach; we wanted to inspire young minds to think about human rights issues. We worked on developing participants' analytical skills and introducing them to human rights protection systems, both at national and international levels. Providing mentorship after the exchange was also crucial to us, as we wanted to continue deepening knowledge about human rights. We also aimed to promote important values like freedom, democracy, equality, and tolerance, which are fundamental to the European Union. Creating human rights catalogs using participants' own photos and descriptions was part of our plan to enhance understanding and support for these values. Additionally, through our #ProtectNature campaign and promotional materials, we wanted to highlight the importance of environmental protection as a vital aspect of human rights. The result of our project wasn't just about gaining new knowledge and skills; it was also about boosting participants' self-esteem and fostering international connections. We aimed to contribute to building a shared European identity and raising awareness about safety and human rights. We also wanted to stand up against human rights violations, including discrimination, lack of freedom, and stereotypes. Through our project, we encouraged young people to openly discuss these issues and promote the idea of respecting everyone's rights.
