Resonant leadership enables leaders to design and nurture this environment. By focusing on how and why they act, they send their wave that reverberates throughout the organization/group, reaches people and unites them behind a common goal. The main goal of the project is to increase leadership competence in 4 types of resonant leadership, among 27 youth workers from 8 countries. Changing the style of working with youth will result in their fuller inclusion, especially of marginalized youth, and the creation of groups locally that draw on diversity. Thanks to the wide dissemination of the results to other organizations, the project will develop not only the competence of the trainees. The universality and ease of use of the developed educational tools will guarantee their usefulness and wide application beyond the training. This is because they will be friendly, positive, allowing the introduction of a diagnosis of needs and selection of an appropriate tool. A short manual will be created for the developed tools, which will explain how to use the given tools and will gather together the knowledge provided during the training. This will allow future users of the developed tools to use them more easily, and thus more willingly.
