Objectives

10 countries, 30 people, 1 aim - to learn how to communicate. The topic of the project is the phenomenon of disappearing interpersonal communication skills and emerging communication errors, as well as problems in teamwork and the concept of social exclusion related to people’s addiction to technology. The main goal of the project was to strengthen young people’s communication skills and raise their awareness of the importance of direct interaction in everyday life. We focused on identifying communication mistakes, analyzing different methods of communication, and the importance of body language, which allowed participants to better understand how each of these elements influences the quality of interpersonal relationships. As a supplement to the project, we also addressed topics related to the impact of technology and the internet on daily communication and online safety. We discussed how excessive use of messaging apps can limit direct contact skills and the importance of consciously managing one’s online presence. We also addressed safe technology use, particularly how to avoid risks such as inappropriate online contacts or content manipulation, which can negatively affect mental health and self-esteem. Our goal was for participants not only to improve their communication skills but also to understand how technology can both support and limit these abilities. With the knowledge gained, they will be able to use digital tools more consciously and take care of the quality of their relationships—both online and offline.
