The implementation of the project turned out to be an opportunity for us to reverse the trend of increasingly frequent occurrence of increased stress in increasingly younger people. Our project helped us understand how to break the vicious circle when young people are stressed about their schoolwork, and because of this stress they cannot focus on learning, which causes them to achieve worse results, which causes even more stress, which makes them feel even worse. Through the implementation of the project (international project exchange) we realized that the level of stress among young people can vary depending on many factors, such as lifestyle, family and personal conditions, as well as school and professional load. We managed to achieve the main goal, i.e. acquire knowledge on methods stimulating increasing the skills of young people in coping with stress. Our survey studies indicated that the training participants assessed that their knowledge in this area increased on average by about 45% (before participating in the training we assumed an increase of at least 25%). We also managed to achieve all the specific goals: a) we learned at least 5 narrative techniques that we can now use in our work with young people, helping those in our care to cope better with stress, b) we increased our ability to listen to and support young people in the matter of their experiences with stress, we increased our ability to create positive relationships with young people, we increased our awareness of ways of coping with stress and difficult emotions, which we can now use in our work with young people, we increased our ability to use narrative tools in our work with young people to increase self-confidence and self-esteem in young people.
