Objectives

The project aimed to enhance individuals' well-being through the use of art as a primary tool. Specifically, it sought to equip youth workers with practical and theoretical knowledge of well-being practices, enabling them to improve their own well-being while ultimately applying their acquired skills in their professional settings. By doing so, they would raise awareness and promote well-being among the young people they work with. Given the increasing importance of mental health in public discourse and the challenges young people face in terms of self-awareness and self-management, the project was designed to create a positive impact by delivering clear and structured outcomes at each stage. The key objectives included: Introducing youth workers to emotional intelligence theory and demonstrating its relevance in both personal and professional contexts. Providing experiential learning through art and theatrical techniques, focusing on the well-being of the mind, body, and soul. Developing strategies to promote mental health and well-being among young people in an engaging, non-formal educational setting. Enhancing participants' own well-being through self-help tools and exercises. Training participants in designing, planning, and delivering workshops while adapting to diverse group needs and potential challenges. Maximizing outreach by sharing acquired knowledge through online and offline channels, ensuring a broader societal impact. Assessing the well-being needs of local communities through pre-project research and addressing those needs through gained expertise and dissemination efforts. The program was carefully structured to be interactive and effective, emphasizing "learning by doing" and tailoring content to participants’ backgrounds and experiences. Furthermore, it aligned with the objectives and quality standards of the Erasmus+ program
