For the Foundation, continuity of cooperation with the Youth Councils (YC) from Silesia is very important. At the moment, we are already implementing several other projects, while they do not allow us to continue supporting the MRMs through soft skills training. We want to give the next term the opportunity to take part in such a project so that they can work better as youth councillors. The main objectives of the project are: - Strengthening the competences of the participants of YC - fostering dialogue between the YC - assessing the status and development strategies - exchange of experiences of mentors and YC members - more space YC - promotion of fundraising - realisation of 4 local events - implementation of two conferences -- implementation of a manual on how to organise a local events
